Suggested Use / Directions:
Day 1-2: Take 1 capsule an hour before a meal. Day 3-4: Take 1 capsule twice daily, one hour before meals. Day 5+: Take 2 capsules twice daily, one hour before meals. Max: 4 capsules daily. Always take on an empty stomach.
